The RM Real Estate ltd’s web site is a service on line with the aim to inform. You can use it if you agree to some established conditions. If you decide not to accept them you cannot use it and you cannot download anything from the site nor for your own use nor for the others.
The RM Real Estate ltd’s organizational structure does not involve professional figures in terms of editorial staff or committee or heading editor. Therefore the society’s web site is absolutely not like a journalistic heading according to the L. 62/01.

6) Personal details condition
The material sent by e-mail is not confidential so it can be used by the RM Real Estate ltd in case of necessity.
Instead at the moment of the subscription the use has to give up some personal details that will be treated in accordance with the provision mentioned by the privacy law of the 31st December 1996, n. 675 and subsequent modifications and integrations. Therefore the registered user’s personal details won’t be transmitted or widely circulated, but only in the case the law provide for and with the formalities it consents.
User’s personal details are handled with observance of the law of security imposed by the D.Lgs. 196/2003 in order to prevent the loss of data, the forbidden use or the not authorized access.
The D. Lgs 196/2003, is called “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”, and it involves the law 675/1996 and the other decree-laws, regulations and codes of conduct following one another during these years.
